Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or alterations

Any item that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Any item marked Final Sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@saise.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
